Growing Confident, Connected Leaders at Basis Technologies
When our partnership with Basis Technologies began, we stepped into an organisation already rich in talent, collaboration, and a committed global workforce. As the business evolved, both Senior and Emerging Leaders saw an opportunity to strengthen alignment, and enhance the leadership behaviours that would carry Basis Technologies confidently into its next phase of growth.
What followed was a nine-month leadership journey shaped by openness, reflection, and shared commitment.
Why the Journey Began
Using our DAMACA Leadership Health Check, we identified strengths and areas where greater clarity, connection, and consistency could unlock further impact.
