WHAT WE OFFER

Developing confident leaders within organisations

Leadership roles often come with responsibility before readiness. Many capable professionals step into management positions without the time or space to develop the people leadership skills their role now demands.

Our leadership development programmes support organisations in Malta to build confident, self-aware leaders who can manage people effectively, communicate clearly, and lead through real workplace challenges.

A bespoke approach

How the programme is delivered

We design leadership development programmes for organisations of varying sizes, delivered across one or more cohorts. Sessions are trainer-led and typically delivered one day per month over a six-month period, supported by one-to-one coaching.

This structure allows time for reflection and application between sessions, helping to embed learning, strengthen commitment, and support sustained behaviour change rather than one-off development activity.

Alongside tailoring the core programme following an initial research phase, we personalise content to reflect your organisation’s context, priorities, and leadership expectations.

Tools designed to aid your journey

The fundamentals of our programme

We lead with our DAMACA Research Framework

We begin every engagement with research. We actually get to know your people, the organisation and start to understand what’s going well and what they feel their challenges are. This shapes and makes relevant the module content throughout the programme.

Using the latest of neuroscience technology

PRISM Brain Mapping is an online neuroscience-based platform used to help gain self-awareness and understand how to adapt communication style to meet the needs of others with different behaviour preferences, whether that’s your team or your clients.

Empower your journey with our 1-2-1 coaching

Our coaches all have business experience in their own right and are deeply passionate about creating transformational change for their coaches. We aim ultimately to send delegates back into their organisation with direction, confidence and a personal commitment for growth.
