Coaching has now become a popular and effective learning initiative to support action directed growth, both after a training intervention or even as standalone support. Coaching allows ownership for actions and exploration on a more personal level. Mentoring allows a more directive intervention and is an excellent approach to learning through the mentor’s experience.
