Janelle is a Certified PRISM Practioner. 

Janelle has over 14 years’ experience in coaching and development across retail and banking environments. ​

She is a graduate in Psychology (B. Psy. Hons) from the University of Malta specialising in clinical and work psychology. Followed by a Master’s in Research methods (MSc in Social Sciences) from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow.​

 Her passion for working with people and elevating their performance has driven her to seek leadership roles which enabled her to coach and develop people on an individual level and group settings.​

To further her knowledge and expertise in coaching, Janelle undertook the Master in NLP coaching course enabling her to create and design coaching courses specifically for business needs. She also delivered the training on an international scale.
