Lisa-Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Enterprise, an Award in Human Resources Management & Training, and is a certified Mental Health First Aider. Her creativity shines when organising team events, building engaging learning programmes, or developing fresh HR solutions that make a real impact.
Her current role sees her working closely with clients to support recruitment, policy development, and HR research, while also leading and contributing to internal projects—from tenders to system upgrades.
