Before transitioning into HR, Luana spent several years as a social worker, developing deep insight into human behaviour, motivation, and well-being. This experience continues to influence her approach to HR, guiding her belief that people thrive best in environments built on trust and respect.

Luana holds a Master’s degree in Management, specialising in Human Resources, and a Diploma in HR Management. Known for her organisation, empathy, and commitment to helping others succeed, she continues to champion initiatives that make workplaces more inclusive, supportive, and engaging for everyone.
