Olivia is a Certified PRISM Practioner. 

Olivia Rossi is an HR professional with 10 years of cross-industry background in human resources, supporting small to large-sized workforces. She specialises in employment law and talent management including talent planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and integration, succession planning, readiness and retention and provision of career coaching. Furthermore, she also contributed to other HR projects including performance management systems, employee engagement, individual leadership, management development and also facilitation of employee coaching. She also has experience managing employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance issues. Olivia has also provided advice on dealing with various employee issues and implementing work-related disciplinary measures. 

Olivia is an active coach with a clear passion for people development. She inspires her clients to step up and reach their full potential. She enjoys working at all levels of an organisation and prides herself on her ability to build rapport quickly and provide a safe environment to bring out the best in people. 

At an academic level, Olivia graduated with an Honours Degree in Science from the Open University in 2007. She also followed a Certificate in Management, from the Open University (2007), and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University (2020). Olivia continued to learn by following a Post-graduate Award in Coaching and Mentoring. She also lectures and trains in HR and leadership programmes.
