Our Job Evaluation Tool is based on the Hay Job Grading Scheme. The Hay Job Grading Scheme is a system which was created using a “points-factor” approach. It is a common methodology used in job grading, which is systematic and analytical. Mdina Partners’s system includes four main factors, which further divide into a number of sub-factors, all of which capture the various aspects of a job irrespective of type or industry.
