Katrina Grech

Katrina has an academic background in Work Psychology, leadership and coaching which she puts into practice within her role as COO at Mdina Partners. She is currently based in Italy and remotely leads a team in Malta, and supports a team in UK and Germany. As a soft skills trainer she has an interest in neuroscience and how it impacts behaviour. She is a PRISM practitioner and uses this to drive projects in empowerment, leadership development and team dynamics. She is curious about people, and is always adamant to bring her sense of humour to the stage.

Her international experience includes a corporate graduate program in the Spirits & Wines industry, where she worked in the UK, US, and Spain. Christine has extensive commercial and marketing expertise, having worked with global brands like Beefeater Gin and Technogym. Currently, she serves as Employer Brand Strategist at Mdina Partners, focusing on employer branding, cross-cultural fit, and data-driven strategies. Christine is also an advocate for mindfulness and empathy in leadership.
