Having obtained a Diploma in Hotel Management, Stephanie has worked in branded hotels at the very start of her career, where she was fortunate to work with leading international brands such as Gleneagles, IHG and Hyatt. 

She branched out from hotel operations into the meetings and incentive segment of the industry, which she loved for its diversity, the people and the myriad skills developed over the years.   This segment brought an exposure to an international and discerning client profile, which in turn raised her own personal bar.  This had a weighted contribution towards a final progression into senior sales roles.  

In 2017,  Stephanie followed a new curiosity in training. As her career developed into managerial and leadership roles, off and on-the-job training become a key responsibility.  The ‘nurturing’ aspect of development soon became a key driver.   This led to a CIPD qualification in L&D.

Stephanie relishes the opportunity to train and develop current and future generations across all industries to help individuals achieve their goals, and subsequently, the organisation’s own goals.
