Thomas Menze graduated with a degree in Electronic Design and Business Administration from the University of Dortmund.
He worked for 20 years for several national and international process automation companies and was Managing Director of a public listed Anglo-American-Company for 10 years.
As Managing Director of the Anglo-American company in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, he was responsible for optimizing the distribution of capital goods that required explanation. It was clear to Thomas from the outset that the distinguishing features are not just in the products, but rather in the people who bring them to market. This is why the company’s sales staff were sensitized to using neurological methods to better understand the person they were talking to.
Thomas quickly recognized the value of PRISM Brainmapping. An online tool that helps to better understand one’s own behavioral patterns and to assess contact persons in a conversation. As a result, sales consultations were increasingly tailored to customer expectations, which led to a disproportionately high sales growth.
