With 14 years of experience in corporate sales coaching, Janelle’s expertise lies in performance and personal development. She has developed unique coaching techniques that have been shared with others, bringing success to many people’s lives.

She is a graduate in Psychology (B. Psy. Hons) from the University of Malta specialising in clinical and work psychology. Followed by a Master’s in Research methods (MSc in Social Sciences) from the University of Strathclyde Glasgow.​

 Her passion for working with people and elevating their performance has driven her to seek leadership roles which enabled her to coach and develop people on an individual level and group settings.​

To further her knowledge and expertise in coaching, Janelle undertook the Master in NLP coaching course enabling her to create and design coaching courses specifically for business needs. She also delivered the training on an international scale.
