Beginning his career in technical and operational environments as an engineer, Alex developed a practical and structured approach to problem-solving that continues to influence his work today. Throughout his career, he has gained first-hand experience of the challenges leaders face when organisational success depends on people working effectively together.

Alex is known for a leadership style that’s built on honest communication and genuine care for people. Alongside his role at Mdina Partners, he is Co-Founder and Director of Business Leaders Malta, where he supports business owners and leaders through peer learning and shared growth, and Co-Founder and Director of Community Centred Care (3C Malta), reflecting his commitment to creating long-term value both in business and within the wider community.

Beyond Work

When he’s not leading teams and organisations, Alex enjoys pushing himself through new adventures and experiences. A keen walker and trekker, one of his recent achievements was completing the journey to Mount Everest Base Camp. He enjoys the challenge, perspective, and sense of accomplishment that come from stepping outside his comfort zone and exploring the world on foot.
