Daphne is a lead learning and development trainer at Mdina Partners, helping leaders understand how pressure shapes behaviour and performance. Her work focuses on building self-awareness and resilience in ways that can carry into daily work.
Before moving deeper into coaching and development, Daphne spent over 12 years in hospitality and business event management. That background gives her a practical understanding of what pressure looks like in client-facing work, and what people need to keep performing well.
As an ICF-accredited coach (ACC) and Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Daphne brings coaching discipline and wellbeing awareness to her development work. Her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism underpins her early career in hospitality, while her HEROIC Coach training and wider behaviour-change and wellbeing qualifications support her focus on sustainable performance.
Beyond Work
Daphne enjoys staying active and embracing new challenges. Whether she’s training for a marathon, heading out for a run, or going for a swim, she loves spending time outdoors and keeping both body and mind moving.
