Daphne is a lead learning and development trainer at Mdina Partners, specialising in mindset, resilience, emotional intelligence, and sustainable performance. Her work helps individuals and teams understand how thoughts, behaviours, habits, and wellbeing influence the way people lead, communicate, and perform under pressure.
Before moving into coaching and development, Daphne spent over 12 years in hospitality, sports, and business event management, giving her first-hand experience of high-performance environments and the pressures that individuals and teams navigate every day. This practical background continues to shape her approach to learning, coaching, and behavioural change.
As an ICF-accredited coach (ACC) and Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Daphne combines coaching expertise with insights from positive psychology, wellbeing science, habit formation, and behavioural change. Drawing on both professional experience and personal challenges in endurance sport and resilience practices, she helps people build greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and create lasting change that supports both performance and personal fulfilment. Daphne believes that wellbeing and performance are not competing priorities, but that sustainable wellbeing is one of the foundations of sustained success.
As a keynote speaker, Daphne is known for bringing energy, authenticity, and practical insight to conversations around mindset, resilience, wellbeing, and human performance. Her sessions combine evidence-based approaches with practical tools, helping audiences understand how habits, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience influence both personal and professional success. Organisations often engage Daphne when they want a speaker who can inspire meaningful reflection while equipping people with practical strategies for lasting change.
