Katrina leads coaching and training at Mdina Partners, with a role that also extends to the firm’s Italy office. She works with clients when leadership or sales teams need development that changes day-to-day behaviour, and brings the same focus to keynote speaking for senior leadership audiences.
Before joining Mdina Partners, Katrina spent seven years in telecommunications, supporting customer-facing teams and managers through training. She later served as Director of Operations for Business Leaders Malta and supported business development for Esprimi’s Employee Research function, giving her a practical view of what people need under performance pressure and how they experience work.
Katrina’s Master’s degree focused on how technology can support different generational learners, strengthened by further training in Italy. Her Advanced Diploma adds a leadership lens, while her PRISM certification and ILM coaching training keep the work focused on behavioural change.
Beyond Work
Having made Italy her home, Kat is a firm believer in enjoying the finer things in life. You’ll often find her seeking out the perfect gelato, sampling local wines, and discovering great cheeses.
