Lara works on HR and training projects at Mdina Partners, especially where clients need more structured people processes and a closer read on employee experience. Her work often focuses on the employee journey, helping clients understand what people are experiencing at work.

After her studies, Lara spent two years as a quality assurance specialist in the pharmaceutical sector, where she developed a careful eye for detail and process consistency. She then moved into HR with a reputable accounting firm, supporting onboarding and wellbeing as an Associate HR Executive. Her psychology qualifications give her a stronger understanding of workplace behaviour. Together with her PRISM Brain Mapping certification and Mental Health First Aid training, this helps her notice how people experience HR processes in practice. Her language background, including fluent Italian and basic Spanish, adds another layer to how she reads communication across different workplace contexts
