Luana supports HR advisory and job evaluation work at Mdina Partners, helping clients put more structure around how roles are understood and managed. 

Before moving into HR, Luana worked as a social worker. That background gives her an understanding of people’s wellbeing, especially when HR decisions affect people’s roles or sense of security at work. 

Since transitioning into HR, Luana has built experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and advisory work. Her Master’s in Management and Diploma in HR Management give her a strong base for supporting clients across different HR projects.

Luana has a passion for travel and loves exploring new parts of the world. Whether discovering different cultures, meeting new people, or experiencing new places, she enjoys the perspective and inspiration that travel brings.
