His background includes more than six years in internal and advisory HR roles with SMEs and scale-ups. He has built HR functions from scratch and supported fast growth, including helping a startup scale from 35 to 150 people in six months.

Beyond Work
Marc enjoys challenges that test both mind and body. When he’s not coaching leaders, you’ll often find him at the climbing gym, building strength and endurance, or tackling notoriously difficult video games that reward patience, persistence, and problem-solving.
