Stephanie designs and delivers training, helping teams improve communication and strengthen client-facing skills. Her work is shaped by years in service-led environments where the quality of the interaction can change the whole client experience.
Before joining Mdina Partners, Stephanie built over 20 years’ experience across hospitality and sales, including senior commercial work as Director of Sales. Her time with international hospitality brands gives her a practical understanding of client-facing pressure and the skills teams need in live conversations.
Stephanie’s Diploma in Hotel Management underpins her hospitality background, while her Level 5 CIPD qualification in Learning & Development gives her training work a professional foundation. She is also a Certified PRISM Practitioner and is currently reading for an MBA, adding a behavioural and business lens to the way she designs learning.Beyond Work
