Steve founded Mdina Partners in 1980 to support Malta’s business community through training and people development. Today, as Chairman, he guides the firm’s senior team, drawing on decades of consultancy experience.
His work has included major cultural change and mergers and acquisitions projects, giving him a long view of how organisations change in practice. He has delivered consultancy assignments and training programmes across more than 32 countries, working with people at every level of business.
Steve has also spoken at major business conferences, including the annual Business Leaders Malta conference. Alongside his board roles outside Mdina Partners, this keeps him closely connected to the issues senior leaders are dealing with as their organisations grow and change.
